30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Newnaturals products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase required

Non-returnable items:

• Opened serums or skincare products for hygiene reasons
• Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
